Enter client details. Note the prior Options Report™ score if this client has one — it becomes the baseline comparison in the report.

Eight Value Driver Scores
Score each driver 1–10. No score above 6 without specific evidence from the session. Add your observation — it appears verbatim in the report.

Sellability Score
Score the 8 sellability dimensions (1–10). The Sellability Score calculates automatically alongside the Options Score — both appear in the report as a dual scorecard.

Exit Path Viability
Assess all six exit paths. Every path needs a designation and a note. Give a clear recommendation — do not present all paths as equal.

Most Urgent Gaps
Identify the 1–3 most urgent gaps — the specific issues most blocking this client's goal and value. Be precise. A gap named vaguely cannot be addressed.
Decision Rule — How to Name the Gap
1. Start with the lowest-scoring driver(s) above — that is your default candidate. 2. Cross-check against the client's stated goal. Ask: does fixing this lowest-scoring driver actually move them toward what they said they want? If yes, that is your gap. 3. If a higher-scoring driver is actually what's blocking their specific goal, override the default — but write down why in the gap description. The note is what shows judgment, not guesswork.
Section 7 of 8
The Single Most Important Next Move
One move. Not a list. The highest-impact, most specific action this client can take in the next 90 days. This is the defining deliverable of the Audit.
Is This Actually a Move?
The test: could someone else read this and know exactly what to do, by when, with no further clarification? If not, it's still a list — not a move.
✗ Not a move: "Work on your financials."
✓ A move: "Hire a full-time bookkeeper who delivers a monthly P&L and balance sheet by the 10th of each month, starting within 30 days."
